Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical aspects of environmental remediation projects, with an emphasis on implementation rather than investigation/design-only work. Provide oversight on field activities, subcontractor coordination, and technical deliverables. Contribute to proposal development, including technical writing, work plan strategy, and cost estimating. Mentor junior staff and support team development across disciplines. Embrace and implement technology solutions for project management, data tracking, and reporting. Salary: $120K/year - $150K/year based on experience Travel: Up to 20% Qualifications B.S. in related field such as engineering, environmental science, or geology 10+ years of relevant experience in environmental remediation, including both office and field experience. Professional registration (PE, PG, or similar) Management or supervisory experience leading teams or overseeing field operations. Strong technical writing and communication skills. Experience with federal clients (e.g., DoD, EPA, USACE) is strongly preferred. The Ideal Candidate: Has hands-on field experience and understands the execution of remediation projects.
