Position:  Procurement Specialist I, Remote Posted:   07/14/2026 SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers throughout all phases of project execution. Responsibilities include sourcing vendors and subcontractors, obtaining pricing for Requests for Quotes (RFQs), preparing bid abstracts, processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract modifications, and maintaining accurate project documentation within company systems. The role supports project financial management by tracking costs, validating invoices, assisting with invoicing, reviewing accounts payable documentation, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring required documentation, including payment releases and certified payrolls, is complete and properly filed. Additional responsibilities include coordinating project setup, maintaining project files, preparing and editing project plans and client submittals, coordinating project-related travel, supporting project closeout activities, assisting with asset management and equipment reporting, processing and tracking timesheets and expense reports, coordinating base pass issuance, and participating in required training and meetings. SALARY: $48,000 to 50,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. TRAVEL: Minimal travel required for training. 5-10% MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 0-5 years’ experience in administrative work. 0-2 years’ experience in problem solving customer service, accounts payables and database entry with a proven track record of improving systems or processes required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree with 2 years’ experience in a Microsoft office environment with Word and Excel skills.
